  • What is the application process for the Co Circle Membership provided by CIIE.CO?

    • Applicants are requested to fill the membership application form on the Membership page under Community. Applications will be reviewed by our team and you will be notified of the decision within 3 working days.

  • What are the Co Circle Membership charges?

    • 6 month membership: ₹12,000

    • 12 month membership: ₹22,000

​

  • What perks do I get with the Co Circle Membership?

    • 5 hours free credit for Meeting Rooms per month (worth ₹2500).

    • 5 hours free credit for Meeting Pods per month (worth ₹1500).

    • 10% discount on F&B at The Tomorrow Cafe.

    • 40% discount on additional meeting room and meeting pod bookings.

    • Free access to member only networking events and CIIE.CO community events.

  • What are the regular rates for meeting rooms and meeting pods?

    • The regular rates are INR 500 per hour. For members, the rate after the use of monthly free credits is INR 300 per hour. 

​

  • Will unused credits be rolled over to the next month?

    • No, unused credits will not be carried forward to the next month. 

​

  • Will you have events for members?

    • We regularly organize events for our community. The upcoming event schedule can be found on the Events page. 

​

  • How many guests can I bring along?

    • You are welcome to bring up to 5 guests along. 

​

  • Does a member have to be present for guests to access the community?

    • Yes, a member will be required to be physically present with guests at all times. Guests without an accompanying member will not be allowed to enter or to use the facilities. 

​

  • Is parking available at the location?

    • Yes, a dedicated parking space is available. 

​

  • How can I terminate my membership?

    • Your membership is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • How can I book the boardroom, outdoor courtyard or conference hall for events?

    • The boardroom, outdoor courtyard and conference hall can be booked on request. You can raise an enquiry for your preferred location on the Spaces page under Community. 

​

  • Is the space friendly for differently abled people?

    • Yes, the entire space is equipped with elevators, ramps, wheelchair friendly washrooms and spacious areas. 

​

  • Can I visit the IIMA campus?

    • Your membership is limited to the CIIE.CO premises only and does not permit access to the IIMA campus.
